Site Updates Log

09/2026

Oh dear, long time no update log! I have been making updates to the website, I just haven't actually written a log in a while. Here are the big updates:

• I've been visually improving and fleshing out my Outlinks regularly. The webcomic reccs at the bottom of the page are much improved.
• I made a Microblog (Miniblog?) page. Haven't blogged in a decade, ha ha.
• I created something of a shrine page for the Elfquest series.

Adding things here and there.

• Made an Outlinks page which I am working on filling out.
• Made a JJBA fandom page which is rather plain at the moment.
• Adding more entries to that long-term Tengwar as Runes project! Calma, Ando, Unque, Arda, and Alda are all new. I'm catching up!
• I have done a stylistic redesign for Manannan's Shrine that looks a little more like how I want it to look now. Still a ways to go, but I'm learning. This looks less like something I would be embarassed to show to a deity.

Heepers Jeepers, the site being down was scary. Saving everything. Also, here's Wiccan Liturgy translated into Quenya, a thing so me that potentially only I will ever want it.

Other Additions/Corrections:

• I've cobbled together a list of links to Online Libraries on my Out-of-Print Books page. I cannot believe how many niche online libraries I have in my bookmarks. Surely I will be adding to this list regularily.
• The endless quest to fill out/clean up the outlinks on my Wicca/Paganism page continues.
• Added a small Dogsred page to the Misc Fics page.
• Mirrored my most recently completed Silmarillion fanfiction from the archive.

As always, been tooling around here and there with minor edits and fixes.

Significant additions or updates:

• Started a fresh branch page for weird old books. There are so many things I could do with my time, but what I want to do is tell you about An Introduction to Welsh Poetry by Gwyn Williams.
• Added a small Kimi ga Shine page to the fandom section.
• Started building a currently-unfinished shrine to the Lady of the Largest Heart.
• Added a small but lyrical verse of Quenya to my list of translations.

I have redone some of the css across the website in a way that should unify the different looks of the pages better and, incidentally, should be more mobile-friendly. I do not believe it has broken anything horribly, but if it has, I should find that soon.

I actually started this css revamp all in service of giving a particularily dark Silmarillion fic its own uniquely styled page. Not for any of those good reasons I listed above. Mouse never changes.

I am also adding a Quenya poem translation to my Silm page (Yr Adar Gwylltion > I Hráve Aiwi)

• There will be shrines on the Wicca page now. Literal shrines. For Gods. 'Little Manannan, son of Leirr' is given the first.
• I have added a page for short and unfinished fics for fandoms that don't have their own fandom page. It's called Misc Fics. It's a skeletal page at this point but will be fleshed out.
• I have added a Motorcity page, which also needs some edits and fleshing out.
• I am still adding more content to the Quenya Fortune-Telling Page. That one will be a long-term project, but right now I am working on adding individual notes for each tengwa. Anga, Ungwe, Osse, Ure, and Umbar have all been added recently.

I reformatted the Squall/Seifer screed into two columns... that's the first time I've done that! It's not quite how I want it to look, but I'm already testing another version that looks a little more smooth. It's not quite there yet.

I'm also contining work on the Paranatural page in hope of someday adding an analysis I am working on... That one will be a long time coming, assuming it does come. I'm starting with a whole comic re-read for taking notes, ha ha. The working title of the piece is currently "The Morrison School of Antifascism: How Paranatural 'Got Political' While Staying Really, Really Good". Reformatting the S/S screed is actually the testing ground for making the dedicated page I see in my head for a whole essay about Pnat and antiauthoritarianism and you know what I really do hope it all comes together.

A blizzard late last month kicked off a bunch of website updates, and now I'm a tad hyperfocused. So far I've

• Created the Dead Languages page, which I have been thinking about making for a while,
• Added a few sections to my Book of Shadows and significantly updated the links out on my Wicca page,
• Created a home for my method for telling fortunes with tengwar on my Silmarillion page,
• Added Mercenary Motives and some images to the Suikoden page,
• Added Timing and a short unfinished oneshot to the Final Fantasy page,
• Created a currently unfinished Paranatural page,
• Created and added two fics to a Hatoful Boyfriend page, and
• Created this log.

General grammar and spelling fixes have also been made to all these pages and several others, as many pages were not edited before.
